Semaglutide at 10 mg/mL: the schedule in units
If the label says 10 mg / 1 mL, 20 mg / 2 mL
— it's 10 mg/mL. Read down. Every step of the standard semaglutide ladder, as units on a U-100
insulin syringe.
Strong. 24 units at the top of the ladder. 2.5 units at the bottom, which is barely off the
hub; a half-mark slip is 20 %. If you've been sent this for month one, ask for something weaker, or
for the pharmacy's instructions on diluting.
Each step on the barrel
0.25 mg → 2.5 units on a 30-unit syringe
0.5 mg → 5 units on a 30-unit syringe
1 mg → 10 units on a 30-unit syringe
1.7 mg → 17 units on a 30-unit syringe
2.4 mg → 24 units on a 30-unit syringe
In-between doses at 10 mg/mL
Not on any label. They exist because vials make them possible, and they only make sense if a
prescriber put you there deliberately — usually because a full step up was too much at once.
